To ensure availability, we recommend booking as soon as possible. While we understand that some events are planned on short notice, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. However, to avoid disappointment, we advise booking at least six months in advance, particularly for weddings and other large events.
At Shaun Smith Events, we kindly ask for a deposit to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before event date unless you wish to settle earlier, and our payment policy may differ based on the event type and services requested. We ensure to collaborate with our clients to devise a payment plan that aligns with their budget and requirements. We offer several payment options, including credit cards and bank transfers, and our team will furnish you with all the necessary payment details and terms via the contract agreement before the event.
